Return and Refund Policy

At Griffith, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and simple return and refund process.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards and promotional items

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

How to Return an Item:

  1. Email us at timgriffith1@outlook.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with a return address and instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process:

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are offered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
